Understanding comes first.
Sometimes the next step is an investigation, not a procedure. A careful fertility assessment considers medical history, previous treatment, ultrasound findings and appropriate laboratory tests. It helps your specialist understand what may be standing in the way—and which options deserve your attention.

IVF is not the only approach. Intrauterine insemination places prepared sperm in the uterus around ovulation. Ovulation monitoring and timed intercourse may be considered in appropriate circumstances. In vitro maturation allows selected immature eggs to mature in the laboratory.
Which approaches are appropriate depends on your diagnosis, previous experience and clinical assessment—not simply on what is available.
Your family, your circumstances.
Our care welcomes couples, people pursuing parenthood on their own, LGBTQ+ patients and people with disabilities. Tell us about the people, access needs and practical considerations that matter to you.
Donor-gamete and gestational-carrier pathways require individual clinical and regulatory assessment. The team will explain what can be offered in your circumstances before you make travel commitments.
When preserving fertility becomes urgent.
A medical diagnosis can change the pace of a decision. Oncofertility brings reproductive care into discussion with your oncology team, so that any preservation options can be weighed against the timing and priorities of cancer treatment. Do not postpone medical treatment without your treating team's advice.
