Same group. Two treating clinics.
Brazil Fertility is the international-facing program connecting patients with Nilo Frantz in Porto Alegre and ENNE in São Paulo. It is not a separate treating clinic. Both centers are part of Grupo Nilo Frantz.
The treating clinic and physician are identified in your individual care plan. You do not need to choose a city before the first conversation. After assessment, the team helps match clinical needs with a workable stay.
Physicians and embryologists work across laboratories in Porto Alegre and São Paulo. This site describes laboratory systems and pathways used at ENNE and Nilo Frantz without inventing accreditation claims for Brazil Fertility as an organization.
São Paulo · ENNE in Jardim América.
São Paulo is a major gateway to Brazil, with five-star hospitality, art, dining and specialist medicine. Treatment takes place at ENNE in Jardim América—part of the sought-after Jardins district—one of the city’s most pleasant and desirable neighborhoods.
ENNE Clinic and ENNE Lab share an address on Avenida Brasil. The São Paulo center combines clinical appointments with an embryology laboratory at the same address; its Open Lab model supports collaboration between physicians and embryologists. Published services include IVF, IUI, egg freezing, donor-egg treatment and in vitro maturation; ENNE Lab also describes genetic testing and care for different family configurations.
Published laboratory systems include Esco time-lapse incubators, Future Fertility reports, Claire embryo analysis and ZyMōt sperm selection. The clinical team confirms which are appropriate and available for your plan.
Hotel context already published on this site includes Rosewood São Paulo, Fasano, Emiliano, Grand Hyatt São Paulo and Hilton São Paulo Morumbi. Your concierge coordinates accommodation and drivers around clinic appointments.
Porto Alegre · Nilo Frantz in Três Figueiras.
Porto Alegre is the capital of Rio Grande do Sul, in southern Brazil—a city with more than a million residents, waterfront sunsets and leafy neighborhoods. It offers a different pace from São Paulo while retaining the services of a major city.
Our Nilo Frantz center is in Três Figueiras. Nearby residential districts such as Bela Vista and Moinhos de Vento offer a calmer base for patients who prefer a less metropolitan stay. The Guaíba shoreline is one of Porto Alegre’s defining landscapes.
The group’s history records Dr. Nilo Frantz’s work in human reproduction beginning in 1992; his biography notes a pioneering role in Latin American in vitro maturation. The Porto Alegre center remains a core clinical home for the group.
International hotel context already published on this site includes Hilton Porto Alegre in Moinhos de Vento and DoubleTree by Hilton Porto Alegre on the Guaíba waterfront. When schedule and recovery allow, neighborhood walks, parks and—for some patients—a mountain escape to Gramado can be arranged around clinical timing.
Travel hubs and getting there.
São Paulo offers a major international gateway. From Miami, São Paulo is one nonstop flight of approximately 8½ hours, with service from American Airlines and LATAM; overnight departures can mean evening travel and morning arrival. Your concierge coordinates onward travel to Porto Alegre when needed.
Build flexibility into tickets and hotels until clinical dates are confirmed. Stimulation response, fresh versus frozen transfer, genetic testing and donor pathways can all shift timing. Prefer arrangements that can move if the cycle changes.
A dedicated native American English-speaking concierge is included: flights, hotels, drivers and practical details coordinated around your fertility treatment schedule. Airfares and hotels are paid separately.
How to choose—without ranking outcomes.
We do not publish a “better city for success rates” ranking. Outcomes depend on individual clinical factors, denominators and definitions—see Understanding success rates for how to read figures carefully.
Useful decision questions include: Which treating physician and schedule fit your plan? Do you prefer a major international metropolis (São Paulo) or a quieter southern capital (Porto Alegre)? How do flight connections from your home city work? Where will monitoring, retrieval, laboratory work and any later transfer take place?
Both destinations offer established reproductive care within the same clinical group, with English-speaking coordination through Brazil Fertility. The choice is clinical and practical: which team and schedule fit your plan, and which city feels workable for your stay.
If you are comparing pathways such as egg freezing, donor-egg IVF or PGT-inclusive cycles, city choice still follows clinical planning—not a marketing preference. Related guides on this site walk through those pathways without inventing day counts or prices.
Lean São Paulo if…
You want a major international gateway, dense five-star hospitality and clinic/lab at the same Jardim América address—and a metropolitan stay feels workable.
ExploreLean Porto Alegre if…
You prefer a calmer residential rhythm near Três Figueiras, waterfront and leafier neighborhoods—and onward travel from São Paulo or other hubs is acceptable.
ExploreDecide with the team if…
Clinical timing, physician availability or laboratory pathway should lead. You do not need to lock a city before the first online consultation.
ExploreCost framing is the same orientation.
City choice does not create a separate published price list on this site. Our clinical group’s average IVF treatment cost in Brazil remains around US$6,000–$8,000 for corresponding categories—an orientation average, not a package or personal quote. Travel spend (flights, hotels, everyday costs) varies by city and season and is budgeted separately.
No individualized treatment plan or final price can be established before consultations and the necessary examinations.
